Creamy Peanut Sauce

  • 1/4 cup peanut butter (at room temperature)
  • 1/4 cup plain non-fat yoghurt
  • 1 garlic clove (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon dark sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 tablespoon hot water
  • 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (or to taste)
  • Combine all the ingredients together in a mixing bowl
  • Mix until smooth using either a wire whisk or a blender -simple!

It's very easy to make and really delicious hot or cold.

You can also store any unused sauce for about a week.
