Creamy Peanut Sauce

• 1/4 cup peanut butter (at room temperature)
• 1/4 cup plain non-fat yoghurt
• 1 garlic clove (minced)
• 1 teaspoon soy sauce
• 1 teaspoon sugar
• 1/4 teaspoon dark sesame oil
• 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
• 1 tablespoon hot water
• 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (or to taste)

• Combine all the ingredients together in a mixing bowl
   
• Mix until smooth using either a wire whisk or a blender -simple!

Chris says: You can use this versatile sauce with pasta, chicken, fish or any other dish you think you'd like to add it to. It's very easy to make and really delicious hot or cold. You can also store any unused sauce for about a week.
