Q: How long will it take to receive my delivery?
A: The Peanut Van prides itself on having a 48-72 hour turn around on all orders. We will send you a fulfilment email when your order has been packed and shipped. The timeframe after we have posted it is solely dependent on Australia Post. For a detailed timeframe, check out the Australia Post Domestic Delivery Times.
Q: How are your postage costs calculated?
A: Our postage costs are calculated by Australia Post, and are calculated by: the weight & dimensions of the order, and the location the order is being sent to. As a business customer, we have different rates and charges than you might pay at the post office as an individual.
Q: I want to post something internationally, but the option doesn't come up on your website.
A: If you wish to send products internationally, please contact us with a detailed description on what products you want to send, the postal address & any other notes you wish to include. We will then get a freight quote & send you a draft order that you can review and pay for via our website. The delivery time frames can be found here.
Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: We certainly do! Free shipping is automatically applied for all orders over $120. We also offer a flat rate fee of $15 for all orders over $60.
